I have strong ties to the Miami community as a lifelong resident and a proud graduate of the University of Miami, where I also played baseball. My journey with State Farm began in 1998, where I also met my amazing wife. Together, we’ve built a life here in Miami and are proud parents to a wonderful daughter. In 2006, I opened my State Farm office to serve the needs of our neighbors across Florida. Beyond work, I love spending time with my family, exploring the outdoors through hiking and fishing, traveling, and watching sports. I’m also committed to supporting the community through organizations like the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

Q: How do I get car insurance quotes?

A: Getting a car insurance quote is easier than you might think. You can start online, give our office a call, or stop by to talk through your options. We'll help walk you through coverage choices and help you find something that fits your needs. In Miami, you can count on Fernando for personalized service.

Q: How quickly can car insurance coverage start?

A: Car insurance coverage can often start the same day, depending on your situation. Fernando is here to help your Miami household feel covered.

Q: What are the insurance requirements on a leased car?

A: Leased vehicles typically require more coverage than the state minimums. In addition to liability insurance, leasing companies usually require comprehensive and collision coverage, and you may need to list the leasing company on your policy as an additional insured or loss payee. Looking for coverage? Talk with Fernando about your options in Miami.

Q: What should I know about life insurance?

A: Life insurance is a way to help take care of the people you love financially. It can provide support to your beneficiaries to help cover things like everyday expenses, debts, or future needs, depending on the coverage you choose. Fernando is proud to serve the Miami community.

Q: What exactly is renters insurance and how does it work?

A: Renters insurance is a policy designed to help protect your personal belongings and provide liability coverage while you're renting a home or apartment. It focuses on your possessions and potential risks, rather than the building itself, which is typically covered by your landlord's policy. Serving Miami and the surrounding area, Fernando can help answer your questions.

Q: Do you need to carry insurance on your home?

A: Whether homeowners insurance is required depends on your situation and may vary by state. If you have home financing, your lender will likely require it. Even if it's not required, many people choose to have coverage to help protect their home and everything that comes with it. Fernando serves Miami, FL and is happy to help with your insurance needs.
