"If I can give a 0 star I would. I decided to shop for home owners insurance because I already have had my life insurance with statefarm over 9years. They gave a great quote way below all other companies so I decided to go with it I also had to transfer one of my cars to get a bundle package. Even though the car was a little higher I still transfer cause I was saving thousands in the home owners. To make a long story short its been 5 weeks still nothing I paid for a few inspections on the home and everything. Max Mejido the office manager is the person that we deal with and it's beyond worst he never answers his calls and even going to the office to talk to him he relates a message with the front desk to you thoes not go outside to talk to you the emails never answer on time. The answer is underwriter still has not answer sorry but doesn't take weeks for underwriting if it does that's a huge problem I can even imagine Statefarm paying a claim. I strongly urge you to consider another agency or company. Thank goodness we shop around 2 months before the policy expire end the end we stayed with same company they gave us a discount after telling them we were shopping for another insurance go figure."

"Just insured three cars through Fernando Ruiz agency. They gave me a much better rate than Geico. The best thing is that when I had a few questions regarding my new policy, Carly at the office was courteous and took the time to answer all my questions.
