Recently there was a form I needed to fill out which I neglected to do so being a busy mom with a full time job. Maurine from the office called me to remind me about the online form so that I wouldn't get a rate increase. That's great customer service, she was so kind and helpful. She even told me about the upcoming policy dividend that I would receive via mail, so I don't accidentally throw it in the recycling bin without opening. Overall great experience with this agency!"
